Book Proposal Guidance
The Centre for Latin American and Caribbean Studies has an active books publishing programme in association with the University of London Press, publishing work on the regions of Latin America and the Caribbean. CLACS publications cover a wide geographical and temporal span, in disciplines including history, politics, sociology, anthropology, geography and cultural studies. Multi- and inter-disciplinary proposals are also accepted for consideration.
We welcome new book proposals for single and co-authored publications as well as edited collections and publications originating from conference proceedings. There is a robust and supportive peer review process for proposals, and support is provided for open access editions as well as publication in hardback, paperback and e-book format.
If you have any queries or are interested in submitting a book proposal, please download the proposal form at the link below and send this to Emma Gallon, Books Manager.
