The Centre for Latin American and Caribbean Studies (CLACS) at the School of Advanced Study, University of London, is pleased to hold an online workshop for researchers interested in the MSCA (Marie SkÅodowska-Curie Actions) Postdoctoral Fellowship scheme (previously known as Marie SkÅodowska-Curie Individual Fellowships). The workshop will address specific information for those whose research interest relates to Latin America and the Caribbean.
The European research funding landscape can sometimes be overwhelming and challenging to navigate for early career researchers. With this in mind, the workshop will provide participants with an overview of one of the most attractive research funding schemes. Led by the University of London’s Research Office and a successful applicant, the session will offer proposal elaboration, overview of the evaluation process and general tips to help prepare a competitive application. Additional relevant information will also be provided, such as eligibility criteria, mobility rules and submission details. Although this workshop is open to all potential applicants, special attention will be given to how Latin Americanists may tailor their applications to fit into the policy goals and societal impact parameters guiding the evaluation process of the MSCA Post-Doctoral Fellowship scheme.
The School of Advanced Study is now inviting Expressions of Interest for the Fellowships scheme - deadline Monday 2 August 2021.
