This session provides an introduction to research opportunities and approaches in relation to contemporary digital culture and languages, cultures and societies research. The session will introduce a selection of theoretical and methodological approaches for digital culture research and explore some of the challenges and ethical issues involved.

Participants in this session are expected to view the 2 short videos at this link  in advance of the session: https://port.sas.ac.uk/mod/page/view.php?id=6122. The live session will involve small- and large-group discussions with the session leader and the other participants.

Our events are free to attend, but booking is required. They are held online via Zoom with details about how to join the virtual event being circulated by email to registered attendees 24 hours in advance.
