Connect to Nature to Connect to Self, is a two-hour workshop which aims to create a space for reflexivity, play and creative expression. The workshop embeds self-care practice of guided meditation and breathwork as an introduction to creative writing. We will respond to a selection of excerpts of poetry, prose, images, and music as an inroad to reconnect to the vastness and intimacy of the natural world.
Participants will read, share insights, and be guided to write creative responses for personal meditation, sharing, or the start of an action plan.
