On 28 January 2021, Dr Rachel Sieder presented virtually “The juridification of Indigenous Struggles: The Case of Marlin Mine in Guatemala” as part of the CIESAS Seminar Series: “Ethnicity, Indigenous Peoples and Globalization”.
