The Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) operates inside the M25 motorway around London. Vehicles which do not meet the ULEZ emissions standards or other exemption are liable to pay the £12.50 daily charge to drive within the zone. Parking is not available at Senate House, except for a limited number of spaces for disabled drivers (this must be pre-booked). Parking in the streets nearby is metered. There are several NCP carparks close to Russell Square (expensive).
